The tray is finished with a two-layer copper-coloured nonstick coating, which allows you to cook with little or no oil or fat. It offers two different sections, one with a flat, smooth base that is ideal for foods such as vegetables, meats, fish, and pies. The second section features drainage holes that make it ideal for crispy cooked chips, pizza or burgers. It is oven-safe up to 240°C. The tray is dishwasher safe, although it is recommended to wash it by hand. The overall dimensions are 40 x 32 x 2cm. Each section measures 17 x 29 x 2cm on the inside.
