Please note: Remove the mop holder before using the G50 Hybrid to clean carpets. Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz router or a dual-band router that is configured to support a 2.4GHz frequency band. G50 does not support the 5GHz frequency band. We recommend turning on Random mode in the app when G50 cleans carpets.
