The RAC 12Amp Battery Charger is made from a sturdy construction metal case for durability in mind. Suitable for 6 and 12 volt car and motorcycle batteries with charging rates of 12 amp RMS (fast charge) and 3 amp RMS (trickle charge). The unit protects against reverse polarity charging, short circuit and thermal overload. To ensure the life of your battery health, the charger will automatically switch to float charge when battery is fully charged. You can easily identify the charging status with the built-in analogue meter. Suitable for petrol engines up to 4,000cc and diesel engines up to 3500cc.
