This Crib Playhouse from the Shire has everything; a lounge, a bedroom and a garage with double doors, what more could a child need! There is plenty of room for children and toys in this spacious playhouse and they will enjoy it for many years. It is made from high-grade, FSC-approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards and the joinery-made windows and doors are all mortice and tenon joints. The building has a sturdy 34mm square framing and the roof and floor are both T&G. It complies with EN71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. It is delivered in a honey brown base coat treatment ready for painting with your choice of topcoat following installation. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided.Note: Currently, we're unable to deliver this product to DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, PA, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB IV and KW areas.
