The innovative Aeroglide non-stick coating has a base layer with durable abrasion layers and the three-layer coating is stronger than standard non-stick coatings. The Aeroglide coating provides superior food release, it is easy to clean and dishwasher safe as well. This wok is oven-safe up to 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes which enables you to cook different recipes. This 28cm wok features innovative SmartStart technology with a built-in temperature sensor that activates at 150 degrees Celsius. Put the wok onto the heat, wait for the SmartStart tick to change to dark red and start cooking. It is free from harmful chemicals such as PFOA, lead and cadmium. Sustainable materials have been used with fully recyclable products and packaging. This wok is suitable for all hob types and induction, it is dishwasher friendly but hand-wash is recommended.
