A centre-pull micro link chain drives the multi-vane air fan to provide speed proportionate resistance to the user, giving a naturally adaptive difficulty level that matches your own ability - the faster you row, the harder it becomes. Keep track of your progress with the help of the built-in LCD exercise monitor which can show strokes per minute, theoretical distance and calorie burn, time, speed and total strokes. The unit of measurement can be conveniently switched between miles or kilometres. After each workout, the rower can quickly and easily be folded for storage.
