Directions for use: Ensure the taps are fully closed. Disconnect existing pipework connected to the old waste body. Note: Take care against any potential water spillage on removal. Position the waste body (A) in the outlet hole of the sink/ bath, seating it on a bed of silicone sealant for a good seal. Only applicable to slotted waste traps - ensure that the overflow slots in the waste body face the integral sink/ bath overflow slots. Underneath the sink/ basin, place the remaining washer (B) with silicone sealant applied to both faces and screw backing nut (C) on the waste body and firmly hand-tighten. On ceramic sink/ bath, take care not to over-tighten to avoid cracking the sink/ bath. Reconnect pipework to the newly fitted waste body. Allow sufficient time for the silicone to cure and check for leaks.
